Forrest Place is located in the historic downtown district of
Rome, Georgia at 436 Broad Street.
Forrest Place originally opened its doors in 1915 as The Hotel Forrest
and offered furnished lodging. After the Hotel closed, the building served
the community as office space.
During the recent restoration it was discovered that for the most part
the orignal ballrooms were still intact and were given great attention
to restore them back to their original grandeur.
